Following are the terms of the money back guarantee:
Qualifying
Products: 5-Volume Vocabulary Builder Set, 10-Volume Award Winning Set,
Level 1 Set, Level 2 Set, Level 3 Set, Library Set "A", Library Set "B" and the ADVANCED Library Set.
How
it Works:
- When
you purchase the 5-Volume or 10-Volume Vocabulary Builder
Set, you may open and Try One DVD for 60 days. If you feel that the products are not helping your
child within the 60 day period following your purchase,
you can return the complete set, including the opened
DVD for a full refund of your purchase price for the
products plus any taxes you paid.
- When
you purchase a Level 1, Level 2, Level 3
Set, Library Set "A", or Library Set "B" you may open and Try One DVD and its Matching
Flashcard for 60 days. If you feel that
the products are not helping your child within the
60 day period following your purchase, you can return
the complete set, including the opened DVD and matching
flashcard for a full refund of your purchase price.
This refund will cover the total cost of the product
and any taxes you might have paid.
- When
you purchase the ADVANCED Library Set,
you may open and Try Two DVD's and One Matching Flashcard
for 60 days. If you feel that
the products are not helping your child within the
60 day period following your purchase, you can return
the complete set, including the opened DVD's and matching
flashcard for a full refund of your purchase price.
This refund will cover the total cost of the product
and any taxes you might have paid.
- Opening any additional items will void the Money Back Guarantee. Items unopened and in resaleable condition can be returned for a refund up to 50% of the merchandise purchase price within 60 day period following your purchase.
- Baby BumbleBee does not accept returns after 60 days from the date of purchase.
- We will however happily replace defective DVD's during a 3 month time period following your purchase, upon return of the defective DVD. A small shipping charge will apply to these replacements.

Documentation
Required:
You will need an RMA number to return any products to Baby BumbleBee. You can receive this RMA number for qualifying products by calling our customer service number at 888-984-5500. Be prepared to provide the customer service agent with your original Baby BumbleBee order number. The agent will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. (We cannot provide RMA numbers for products not purchased directly from Baby BumbleBee.) When you mail products back to us all packages must be clearly marked with your RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA Number displayed on the outside of the package, they will be sent back to you by the carrier. Following these procedures will expedite processing a credit for qualifying returns. All returns are to be mailed to:

Replacement
Policy for Broken or Defective Discs
We will replace broken or defective DVD’s for a period
of 90 days from the date of purchase.
